CSHOA Governing documents, which are incorporated by reference into owners’ deeds, require that an owner who contemplates doing any work on the exterior of their property must have their plans reviewed in advance by the HOA Architectural Committee for adherence to CSHOA architectural standards.  The following form provides the means to do this:

Architectural Change Request Application

The following form is used to apply for space on the CSHOA boat rack by the beach to store their kayaks or canoes.

The CSHOA Board and our management company maintains community member contact information that is needed to provide adequate service to HOA Members and Residents. It is also a safety need – should there be an emergency or police issue at a residence, the Board, Summit, or a next door neighbor with up-to-date contact information can quickly contact the owner.  The following form provides the means for residents to submit their contact information.

Per the CSHOA Governing documents, all owners who rent their property are required to notify the Board of Directors when a new rental lease is signed or renewed.  The following form provides the means for owners to provide this notification.
