CANCELLED!

We have just received word that the August 30 Special Meeting of the Town Planning and Zoning Commission to consider revisions to the site plan for the Chesapeake Beach Resort and Spa expansion has been CANCELLED.

The next regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission is scheduled for September 13 at 7:00PM in the Town Hall. However, we have no information on the agenda at this time and don’t know whether the RNR project will be discussed on September 13.

Rod and Reel Planning & Zoning Meeting

The Town of Chesapeake Beach has announced a Planning and Zoning meeting to consider revisions to the site plan for the Chesapeake Beach Resort and Spa expansion.  The meeting will be held on Wednesday, August 30th at 7:00PM in the Chesapeake Beach Town Hall.

As a neighboring resident/owner, many of you have probably already received a written notice from the Town of this meeting.  If not, you can find it here.

Since the expansion of the Chesapeake Beach Resort and Spa will have known and unknown effects on Chesapeake Station, we urge CSHOA residents and owners to stay informed and attend this meeting.
