Rod and Reel Planning & Zoning Review

Previously the Town of Chesapeake Beach had announced a special Planning and Zoning meeting on August 30 to consider the final plan for the first phase of the Chesapeake Beach Resort and Spa expansion.  However that meeting was subsequently cancelled.

The next regularly scheduled meeting of the Town Planning and Zoning Commission is this Wednesday, September 13 @ 7:00PM at the Town Hall.  P&Z review of the RNR site plan is on the agenda for this meeting.

Since the expansion of the Chesapeake Beach Resort and Spa will have known and unknown effects on Chesapeake Station, we urge CSHOA residents and owners to stay informed and attend this meeting.
