It’s about that time of year again – SPRING CLEANING.
While we are going through those closets and drawers, we usually end up with a box full of items that we haven’t used for over a year or longer. Which means it is time for a Yard Sale!!!
Two of our residents, Jean Muller and Amanda Jolly have planned a yard sale and are soliciting CSHOA residents who would like to participate so that we can advertise it as a Community Yard Sale. The dates are Saturday June 15 and Sunday June 16, 8:00AM-12:00PM.

It’s that time again for the CSHOA Annual Owners Meeting. The meeting will be held on Saturday, September 9 in the mini-gym at the Northeast Community Center. Doors will open at 9:30AM for registration and the business meeting will begin at 10:00AM.
All owners of record will be receiving a hard copy of the meeting materials in a few days in the mail. The package consists of:
A Cover Letter
Meeting Agenda
Proxy Form for those who will be unable to attend in person
Proposed 2023 budget
The cover letter references the Draft 2022 Meeting Minutes, which is on the agenda for approval by members.

A healthy HOA depends on active participation by owners so please try to attend. If you can’t come, make sure to return the Proxy Form included in the package or hand it to another owner who will be attending. A quorum of owners is required at this meeting either by proxy or physical presence in order for us to conduct business.
We will be looking for owners who are willing to stand as candidates for the Board of Directors and our various Committees. Please consider volunteering for a Board or Committee position.

Our Social Committee has firmed up plans for the Luau!
The date is Saturday, August 12th from 4:00PM-7:00PM with a rain date of the following day from 3:00PM-6:00PM. Location will be the lawn next to our private beach (in front of 4004/4006 Arcade Ct.). There will be:
- Live Music
- Pulled Pork BBQ
- Self Serve TIKI Bar with Do-it-yourself Drink Menus
- Games
Guests are encouraged to bring an entree, side item and/or dessert. Come and enjoy the fun!

The CSHOA Board of Directors holds a monthly meeting to discuss and make decisions on Chesapeake Station HOA business. These meetings are open to HOA property owners.
For the past several years, the meetings have been held on the second Monday of each month. Recently, the Board decided to change the standing date for these meetings to the first Thursday of each month starting at 7:00PM. Meetings are typically held remotely via Microsoft Teams and notices can be found on this website with connection information.
