The CSHOA Board and our management company (Summit) maintains community member contact information that is needed to provide adequate service to HOA Members and Residents. It is also a safety need – should there be an emergency or police issue at a residence, the Board, Summit, or a next door neighbor with up-to-date contact information can quickly contact the owner. The following form provides the means for residents to submit their contact information.
